Maximizing Return on AI: A C-Suite Workshop

with LAKS SRINIVASAN
Co-Founder & CEO | RoAI Institute

A focused half-day working session for executives who want to turn AI investment into business value.

Friday, October 23, 2026 | 08:30–12:30 |
Zurich City or Zurich Airport, Switzerland
Executive Lunch 12:30–13:30
CHF 950 incl. Lunch

By Invitation Only

90% of executives report that AI delivers value. Far fewer capture a great deal of it. A new global study by Laks Srinivasan and Tom Davenport, based on 1,006 C-suite executives across 11 countries and published in Harvard Business Review, finds that the difference comes down to how leadership manages AI rather than the technology itself. Several European markets already outperform the United States in capturing value from AI. This four-hour workshop, designed for CIOs, CTOs, and their C-suite peers, brings that evidence directly into the room.

The session covers

  • Introduction. Why getting value from AI is a management challenge before it is a technology one.

  • Research Findings. Which AI types deliver the most value, where organizations stall, and how European organizations compare to global peers.

  • The RoAI Framework. A six-stage economic maturity model and a roadmap for becoming an AI-native enterprise.

  • Facilitated Breakout: Pressure-Test Your AI Decisions. Leaders bring their own real AI challenges and dilemmas into an immersive workshop environment and experience applied AI firsthand. Each team develops solutions by applying what they have learned, gets immediate feedback from a synthetic board of directors, and revises their approach.

  • Wrap-Up and the Next 90 Days. No-regret leadership actions that build momentum from wherever you are.

The research reveals two inflection points where value from AI accelerates sharply, and most organizations have stalled just short of the first. Participants leave knowing where their organization stands. They also take home a comprehensive, personalized report generated from their work in the session, including their 90-day action plan.

The objective is simple: move the conversation from AI activity to AI value.

What we will work on
  • Introduction | Why getting value from AI is a management challenge before it is a technology one.

  • Research Findings | Which AI types deliver the most value, where organizations stall, and how European organizations compare to global peers.

  • The RoAI Framework | A six-stage economic maturity model and a roadmap for becoming an AI-native enterprise.

  • Pressure-Test Your AI Decisions | Participants bring their own real AI challenges and dilemmas into the workshop. In facilitated breakouts, teams apply what they have learned, get immediate feedback from a synthetic board of directors, and revise their approach.

  • The Next 90 Days | No-regret leadership actions that build momentum from wherever your organization stands today.

What you take away

The research identifies two inflection points where value from AI accelerates sharply – and suggests that most organizations have stalled just short of the first.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of where your organization stands and a personalized report generated from your work during the session, including your 90-day action plan.

Why you are invited?

The workshop is designed for CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and other C-suite executives who are responsible for AI investments, business transformation or the value their organization expects to create with AI.

You do not need to be an AI expert.

You should, however, be prepared to bring a real AI challenge or decision from your organization into the room.

Why "Invitation Only"?

The quality of this workshop depends on the people in the room and the challenges they bring with them.

We are therefore keeping the group small and curating the participants. The aim is to create an environment where executives can work openly on real questions, challenge each other's thinking and learn from different perspectives.

Submitting an application does not commit you to payment.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and a link to complete your registration.
