Jan Wloka is CEO of Quatico Solutions AG, a Swiss software engineering company focused on agentic development. After research at IBM Research and Rutgers University in the US, he joined the IBM Rational Zurich Research Lab to build software. He became CTO and Partner at Quatico in 2014, co-owner in 2016, and CEO in 2026. Today, he integrates AI agents into software delivery.
