Community-driven and practical
Our speakers have been recommended by the community. It's not us on stage, but the best national and international speakers – customers and competitors with real coaching or leadership experience. They are decision-makers who bear responsibility for strategy, value creation, and transformation. They openly share what has worked – and where they have failed.
Leadership at the center
This forum is not a tech event. It's not about tools or trends, but about leadership in an age of exponential change. How do we design organizations in which technology creates structural value? Which decisions do we need to rethink? What responsibility does leadership bear?
Short impulses, genuine dialogue
Our presentations are deliberately kept compact. Between sessions, we create space for in-depth discussions, reflection, and personal exchange on an equal footing.
Workshops
The workshops are interactive and strategically oriented. They offer you the opportunity to reflect on key issues from your own context – with peers and experienced moderators.
Personal atmosphere
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100. We create a protected environment for honest exchange between senior leaders and transformation leads.
We at KEGON Switzerland – Better Results are committed to further developing leadership in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world – through a high-quality, inspiring, and substantial event.
What you can expect:

International keynotes with a strategic perspective on leadership and value realization

About the Forum

From Hype to Value
The sessions on “From Hype to Value” focus on how organizations can make the transition from experimentation to structural value realization. The focus is on practical experience with strategic prioritization, governance, investment logic, and dealing with failed initiatives.
Together, we discuss why many initiatives get stuck in the “proof-of-concept” stage, how the gap between investment and benefit can be closed, and how leadership is shifting the focus from technological feasibility to measurable impact.
The AI-Native Leader
The sessions on “The AI-Native Leader” address the question of how leadership is changing in the age of algorithmic systems. The focus is on perspectives from the community on decision-making rights, shifting responsibility, human-in-the-loop models, and the design of governance in dynamic systems.
Together, we reflect on how leadership identity is changing, how authority is being redesigned, and how leadership is shifting from a mode of control to a mode of calibration and orientation.
Industry Deep Dives – Real Value Stories
The sessions on “Industry Deep Dives – Real Value Stories” offer a professional exchange on real transformation stories from Swiss and international organizations.
The focus is on concrete experiences from banking, industry, retail, and other sectors: What structural changes were necessary? How were decision-making processes adapted? Which key performance indicators have improved measurably?
Together, we discuss how isolated initiatives can lead to sustainable value creation and which management decisions make the difference.

We are currently working on an agenda featuring international keynote speakers, practical case studies, and interactive executive workshops.
Since AI is changing by the hour, we will first publish the speakers and their topics, followed by the exact titles and abstracts in the summer. After all, the presentations should keep up with the times.

At KEGON Switzerland – Better Results, we believe that artificial intelligence represents the greatest structural transformation of the economy and organizations since the dawn of digitalization.
Our vision is a new generation of leaders: strategically clear, technologically confident, and value-oriented in the design of AI-driven organizations.
The AI Leadership Forum stands for an economy in which AI is not treated as an isolated innovation topic, but as an integral part of strategy, value creation, and responsibility. We want to set the standard for how AI leadership is conceived and practiced in Europe.
The AI Leadership Forum connects decision-makers who not only understand AI, but also want to use it effectively.
Our mission is to:
-
Create strategic clarity beyond the hype
-
Make resilient value models and scaling approaches visible
-
Systematically strengthen executives in their AI competence
-
Enable cross-industry exchange on an equal footing
-
Combine governance, ethics, and economic efficiency
We create a space for informed discourse, real-world experience, and concrete implementation ideas.
Not a technology showcase. Not a buzzword network. But a platform for responsible, effective AI leadership.
